As HR manager, Mrs. Handy is responsible for planning, overseeing, developing and executing the administration of all aspects of the HR function, including providing operational support with staffing and recruiting. Mrs. Handy has more than eight years’ experience in HR, including experience in performance management, policy creation and implementation, employee relations, coaching, and onboarding. Mrs. Handy holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from DeVry University and is a Society of Human Resources Management-Certified Professional.
