
As manager of bioenergy O+M, Mr. Haynes is responsible for managing and operating landfill gas-to-energy projects, including routine testing and tuning of gas composition and flow, maintenance of CAT engines, and providing 24/7 monitoring and support. Mr. Haynes maintains the well field and works in the design and construction of the well field expansion. He has a manufacturing, automation, process engineering, and management background from nearly two decades in the injection molding industry. He has an extensive knowledge of internal combustion engines and incorporates lean practices in the workplace. Mr. Haynes earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Machining Technology and CNC Programming from Surry Community College.
